James Contractor has over 3 decades of experience in building and maintaining telecommunication and utilities infrastructure.  We are a registered contractor with triple L5 financial grade workheads under Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Contractors Registration System . We are also a registered telecommunication contractor with the Info- communications Media Development Authority of Singapore.

In 2016, we were chosen by BCA to jointly develop a new fibre optics installation trade course.  The successful collaboration led to our appointment as an approved training and testing centre for BCA, which affirmed our expertise in the telecommunication industry.
